Lou's article is extremely good and insightful - it is a must read for all real estate agents doing Internet marketing.

Any real estate agent using the Internet should have a system of following up with leads to convert them into a prospect.

It seems to me that home sales are picking up in the areas that have declined the most. Also the areas that most of the sales are conforming loans are doing better. Jumbo loans are still a bit tough and are priced at a much higher spread than historical standards. Securitizing is what is lacking and the government is trying to get that started again.

If the mortgage money keeps coming in by the fed, than we should see the market try to get all the home price ranges into gear.

Hello:

I've noticed a significant amount of real estate blogs on the Internet. I was quite surprised after hearing a realtor from Minnesota tell me that she now sells over 30% of her real estate through a contact that originated from her blog.

Have you been able to complete any transactions as a result of a contact that was derived from your blog. Just curious.

Thanks in advance

For those who need an explanation.
http://www.robotstxt.org/faq/prevent.html

How do I prevent robots scanning my site?
The quick way to prevent robots visiting your site is put these two lines into the /robots.txt file on your server

I would estimate they did this around October/November and didnt change it.

Now ejerks go fire your webmaster and stop the stupid lawsuit its your webmasters fault not anyone elses.
