I’ve been involved in the real estate industry since 2000, unless you count my years as a homeowner. My family have been investing in Boulder City real estate since the early 70’s. Aside from this blog, I own and operate several other real estate blogs, websites and profiles. There are several real estate networking sites out there, but personally I only recommend Activerain or Puurple. I’ve noticed a significant amount of real estate blogs on the Internet. I was quite surprised after hearing a realtor from Minnesota tell me that she now sells over 30% of her real estate through a contact that originated from her blog.
Have you been able to complete any transactions as a result of a contact that was derived from your blog. Just curious.
