Real Estate Marketing

Ever since the internet came into being, the debate about “internet leads” has raged on. Some agents love them, others hate them and some just don’t know what the fuss is about. Even now there are quite a few agents that don’t do any internet marketing at all.

A friend of mine, Lou Lynch wrote a great post about how to analyze internet lead data at his new real estate blog. This is a must read. He does a great job of breaking down what really needs to be done and how to evaluate each lead for quality.

If you are a new agent or a veteran, the post is worth reading a few times at least. Getting another perspective is never a bad thing.

  2. Lou’s article is extremely good and insightful – it is a must read for all real estate agents doing Internet marketing.

    Any real estate agent using the Internet should have a system of following up with leads to convert them into a prospect.
